I just confirmed my next shoot with the model.  So we’re all set to shoot this weekend.  I can’t wait to shoot with her.  She’s visiting from Australia and judging from her portfolio she’s going to be fantastic to work with.  I was originally going to shoot on the beach but we decided to make it a shoot in the woods instead.  I hope it doesn’t rain like it did the last shoot I did.  It was still a fun shoot but trying to hold an umbrella and keep the camera steady was quite tricky.  It was still fun but if it doesn’t rain I’ll be extremely happy.

I’ve finally figured out my focus issues with my camera and I’m confident that I’ll be getting a lot of very sharp images this time.  The problem is that the auto focus didn’t finish before I took the shot.  That’s it!  It’s very simple.  I wish that my viewfinder we’re a little bit bigger like it is on the Nikon Cameras that I’ve seen lately.  At least that way I’d be able to use manual focus.  Until I upgrade my camera I’ll be relying on autofocus.
