Found another great place…

I’m working on scheduling a shoot on either January 5th or 6th. No responses as yet so again I went in search of more locations. Today I went to a couple of places that I thought would be cool but as it turns out I only found one spot that might be interesting. I’m kinda bummed that only found one, but I think this location might be pretty cool for a sunrise shoot. I know it doesn’t look like much but try to imagine a model in these shots.

I love these rocks because of the jagged and broken shapes. The hard reality of the ocean is that it is unrelenting and powerful. This rock wall begs to be used in one of my shots but not sure how just yet.
I took this shot to try to visualize what it would like to have a model in the background while the foreground is in focus. Imagine the model perched at about the middle of the image on top of the pile of coral sticking up. This area I like because of the texture found in the coral. At sunrise the patterns of light and shadow might be very beautiful here.

There were a lot of neat things about this location. The barren terrain for starters and the fact that there wasn’t a single person around. Walking farther away from where I parked, I got to a place where a small shallow river exited into the sea. My camera died before I could take pictures so I sat for a while and tried to picture the place at sunrise. I only hope that the photos I capture here on a shoot live up to my dreams…
